JAJA Añejo is a small-batch, two-years aged tequila that is crafted of 100% Agave Azul. This “rested” tequila offers among the smoothest finishes in this category and is aged for two years in American Oak barrels. The spirit is made of a proprietary blend of highland and lowland agave, adding additional complexity to its flavor profile.
Our Añejo is a heavy-bodied spirit that has no added flavors and has notes of vanilla, almond, honey and oak. JAJA Blanco is not sweetened or put through a diffuser and offers a taste that is true to the heritage production methods used in its creation. JAJA utilizes volcanic water sourced from the springs at our distillery.
